Hello, Im really stressing about the struts and springs on my car. A garage installed some b12 pro kit with eibac springs. I bought a brand new set of four, however i damaged one trying to install myself so i had to buy a replacement. I got a garage to install and they also installed front left top mount and a bottom rubber where the spring sits. 3 sides sit even, however the one side with a new top mount and different (although the same) strut sits higher: the garage have said it could be a number of things, but seem happy to leave the car in the condition with one side sitting 1 inch in different. Im trying to do process of elimination, but dont know where to start. Ive emailed and spoke to blisten about the different of them being in a set and they said it wont matter as theyre the same either way: Im thinking it could be the top mount maybe? I paid 500 pounds for installation of kit and about 1100 for the springs and struts. Completely lost faith in good garages and dont have the funds to get a garage to do it again. Its driving me crazy

Is that incorrect? An inch is a significant measurement.
What specific item did you harm and in what manner did it need you to seek the assistance of a technician for repairs?

I used excessive force when tightening one of the bolts that extends into the engine mounts, resulting in the bolt breaking off. I employed an individual with a lack of intelligence in handling torque.

Yes, it is quite likely that it is a topmount.
Can you confirm that the topmounts are identical?

To be frank, I am uncertain. The establishment specialises in BMW vehicles. I explicitly requested the replacement of both components, but they only replaced one, namely the side that is positioned at a higher level.
I will conduct measurements to ensure the struts are uniformly positioned. Subsequently, I will examine the possibility of replacing the worn-out top mount. If this does not resolve the issue, it is likely that the springs are the cause. Despite being new, they reported encountering issues with eibac.
If it is not the correct answer, then only Christ knows. I am considering using a hammer to destroy everything.
I am uncertain how a corporation can deem it acceptable to distribute a vehicle in such a condition, but still.

Which specific Eibach springs were included in the original set? May I know the specific component number of the replacement spring you have acquired?
