F20 D/S window buttons not functional after wing mirror replacement

Greetings to everyone
I just replaced a wing mirror, however when reattaching the door card, the window controls failed to illuminate or function. The window operates with keys, but the door does not. plug looks fine.
I have inspected all fuse locations, and everything is in order.

Sounds to me like you need to have door panel off and verify plug on window switch is properly plugged in and no pins are broken

Yeah definately did check all pins seemed alright but was in the dark might do with checking again - someone was mentioning about calibrating window switches but don't know how true this was?

If switch isn’t lighting up or working resetting the windows would not be feasible

Only a plug could it be.
The controls will still work properly even if the panel is defective.
