Is anybody else experiencing troubles with the My Toyota app with the recent update?

Greetings
The My Toyota app (Android) is subpar, but with the last upgrade on December 3rd, it is nonfunctional. I must admit that I did little before about my model; it seems to be targeted at the latest versions. We are overlooked by the elder generation.
The last connection was recorded at 12:23 on 3 December, and there has been no further activity. No trips recorded, fuel level not shown (range has never been indicated), inaccurate odometer reading, and absence of position (notification suggests vehicle may be in motion).
The vehicle is a 2L 2021 GR Sport.

First generation C-HR The application's functionality is significantly constrained by the vehicle's installed hardware.
Has your C-HR undergone the DCM software update?

Greetings, Thank you for your response. I must consult the dealer to see if a DCM update has been performed.
We purchased the pre-owned vehicle in April 2023. It has consistently been maintained by the Toyota dealership from where we acquired it. They have not disclosed any modifications made on the vehicle.

The initiative was categorised as a voluntary satisfaction campaign; if I recall correctly, the campaign may have been suspended at the time of your car purchase owing to complications.

Mine is functioning properly, consistently documenting every route, including range and miles per gallon, among other metrics. I adore it.
