Cleaning of touchscreens

Hello, I have a new G05 X5 and would want recommendations for items suitable for cleaning the huge infotainment screen.
I understand the need for ammonia and alcohol-free products; nonetheless, I would welcome recommendations for reliable options.

Similar to household electricals, using a damp cloth moistened with a diluted soap or detergent, followed by polishing with a clean, dry cloth.

Alternatively, Autoglym Fast Glass. A delicate application of product followed by a gently buffing with a soft microfiber cloth.

I just use a wet towel; before, I employed several cleaning agents, but the screen is quite sensitive to any cleaning chemicals. One substance I utilized altered its appearance after using Autoglym, among others.
