What is the age and type of your vehicle? Prior to replacing the existing battery, get it inspected by your local independent mechanic. Additionally, inspect the vehicle for parasitic drain, such as interior lights remaining on or any rogue modules staying active after the ignition has been turned off.
Soul Electric Vehicle! This is the appropriate topic for it, correct? The battery is likely from the 2020 model year.
I acknowledge your perspective on the drain; nevertheless, is the high-voltage system not intended to recharge the 12-volt battery?

The battery is charged via the high voltage system, however it may discharge or reach the end of its lifespan. You might either replace it with an equivalent component or have the system evaluated by an expert. Is it now charging? Is the battery defective? Is there a drainage system? They should respond to these questions.
