W211 - Am I equipped with Fibre Optic Wiring?

Greetings to everyone,
Could someone verify whether my W211 is equipped with fibre optic wiring?
I intend to upgrade the head unit soon and am enquiring whether an adaptor is necessary.

Which audio unit do you possess? This will be necessary for a response.
I am fairly certain that the orange cable is fibre optic.

I assert that it is the COMAND APS NTG 1.

I experienced a protracted ordeal; altering any aspect of the MOST system is a nightmare. I tested two head units, an Erisin Android and a Kenwood, both of which produced persistent static noise. The optimal solution ultimately involved installing the Mr12Volt package.
