Hi,
I recently bought a 2020 BMW 3 Series from Glenside Logistics in Belfast. They told me it would be delivered to my home in Coventry within about a week.
Now I’m starting to get a bit anxious has anyone dealt with them before? Really hoping it’s not one of those too-good-to-be-true scams!
Thanks
Any information regarding this company would be highly appreciated Glenside Logistics ?

I've had my fair share of adventures with Glenside Logistics! Last year, I splurged on a 2018 Ford Focus Titanium for my son because nothing says "I love you" like a car that might just be smarter than him! The process was smoother than I expected! Delivery took about 9 days, and the only tiny hiccup was that their truck decided our narrow street was a no-go zone so they unloaded it at the top of the road. Classic truck drama!
Other than that everything was smooth sailing the car was just as advertised, no surprises here!

I actually call them earlier this week and asked if I could come over to Belfast to check the car myself.
They were surprisingly open about it and said I could visit their yard for a viewing and even a quick test drive if I wanted.
In the end, I decided to just go with the delivery option since I saw a few positive mentions online. Let’s hope that wasn’t a mistake!

I visited Glenside Logistics in person back in October when I was looking at a Mazda CX-5 they had listed. Their office is only about 10 minutes from George Best Airport, so it’s easy enough to get to. I met a guy called Chris, really friendly and straightforward explained everything about how the repossessed car sales work and even let me take the car out for a short drive.
Worth noting: they don’t accept cash or card payments, only bank transfer. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but after doing my checks, everything lined up properly. Left with a good impression of how they run things.

Haven’t bought a car from them myself, but I’ve used Glenside Logistics through my company for moving equipment and some furniture from Malaga to Belfast, they handled all the customs paperwork and transport updates perfectly.

From what I can see, Glenside Logistics seems genuine, but still, take precautions. There are scammers who mimic real firms by cloning their websites or emails.

The bimmer arrived today, the driver phoned me about half an hour before arriving to check if my road was wide enough for the lorry. Everything went smoothly, the car looks brilliant, clean inside and out, and it started up straight away without any warning lights.
Feeling relieved!!!

Glad to hear that Jacob! I actually bought a 2021 Volkswagen Golf GTD from Glenside Logistics a couple of months back, delivery took about 8 days and everything was spot on except for a small chip on one of the alloy wheels. I emailed them about it and they immediately offered to reimburse the cost of repair.

Repos can be great value if you do it right. My brother got a Skoda Superb Estate from a repo auction in Manheim and saved thousands compared to dealer prices. Still, like others said, always have it inspected once it arrives just for peace of mind.
