I possess a GT Line S equipped with a heat pump.
I have never observed any indication in the infotainment system that says it is equipped.
Presently doing an extensive journey northward, primarily on quite clean motorways, with temperatures ranging from 12 to 15 degrees Celsius and averaging approximately 3.0 miles per kilowatt-hour.
How can I ascertain whether the heat pump is operational or even present?
Heat pump?

Thank you. The label verifies the presence of the heat pump, and if that is the sole means of identification aside from visual confirmation, I can only conclude that I lack the ability to ascertain its operational efficacy.

My EV3 GT Line S was registered in January 2025. It bears a label behind the hood indicating 850 ± 25g. I was unaware that it possessed a heat pump. I removed the plastic covers off the engine, but I did not detach the frunk, and it did not resemble either of the perspectives shown in the movie. Those may pertain to an EV6.

I must express my lack of admiration for the heat pump. Upon reviewing the results regarding the enhanced efficiency of the heating system, I was disheartened by the significant reduction in range when the heating was on. I anticipated a significantly lower figure than the Niro4+, although it either remains the same or decreases somewhat more.

Over the weekend, I discovered a screen that displays power utilisation. A little panel is located on the left-hand side of the map screen. The default setting is to grow at the subsequent junction when utilising satellite navigation. However, sliding your finger up or down reveals different other options, one of which details the kilowatt usage by function. It may provide insight on the utilisation of heat pumps. I lack one, thus cannot verify, although I observe some use by the climate system while heating in cooler conditions.
