Minimal oil leaks

I have an oil leak originating from the upper seal of my boost pipe, which I suspect is a simple repair. Additionally, there is an oil leak seeping through my rocker cover gasket. However, I am most concerned about the leak at the base of my turbo, as well as a leak from my oil cooler, which I have been informed requires merely a gasket replacement.
None of these leaks are gushing; they are gradual leaks.
My technician indicated that it is really wear and tear and not a significant concern. I am addressing these issues, but I am apprehensive that these may be symptoms of more serious underlying problems. Am I overanalysing, or are these all typical issues to arise after 100,000 miles?

Rocker and cooler gaskets are typically standard on diesel engines after considerable usage.
The boost pipe and turbo leak may share a common origin, either a PCV malfunction permitting oil to traverse the breather or the turbocharger itself leaking oil. It is difficult to ascertain without direct observation.

I was informed that replacing the PCV on these later models necessitates changing the complete rocker cover. Is it possible for me to just replace the valve and hose?

Occasionally, replacing it with a new one is the most prudent option, ensuring the absence of any cracks in the cover, thereby completing the task.

Indeed, the PCV is integrated into the rocker cover. Has the garage assessed its ventilation to ensure there is no excessive crankcase pressure?

He inspected it a few months prior, as this has been a persistent issue, and noted that it emits a heavy breathing sound when the oil cover is removed while the engine is running and warmed up, accompanied by some smoke.
