The OM642 P0101FA is in limp mode and has reduced power as of W213 2019.

I'm having trouble with the Mercedes-Benz W213 and the code P0101FA.
Icarsoft v2.0 has been used to modify the hfm settings, and I have also changed the air filter and mass airflow meter. When the engine rpm reaches 2.5–3,000, the car enters what seems like a limp mode with limited power.
My car went into limp mode and my CEL disappeared for almost three weeks. And I'm finally back. My observation during the MAF re-adaptation process (Hfm drift values xxxxx) was that Every one of the current correction values is zero. Could this be the correct version? As far as I recall, when there was no limp or CEL, they were all about 10 years old.
With a functional maf, shouldn't the correction values be set to 0%?
Does anybody else have this problem?
