Salutations everyone,
Both the front and rear washer jets have completely ceased functioning, and the pump is not making any noise. We thought it might be the pumps, so we replaced them, but that hasn't helped. Verified each fuse.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and has a clue as to what it could be?
Where do we begin?
All 2014 models of washing pumps are malfunctioning.

On rare occasions, incompatible washer fluids might react chemically, forming a gel that clogs the system.
Is the voltage at the pump 12 volts?

Yes, we did that after attempting to change the pumps without success. Therefore, it's either the stalk, the loom, or a fuse that we might have overlooked.
The problem began with the back washer failing to function, and then, after a few months, the front washer also stopped.
Nothing is blocking any of the pipes.

Since it is module driven instead of having a direct connection from the switch to the pump, I would scan it first. By manipulating the switch, you instruct the module (I assume it's FEM) to carry out your desired action.
