Thank you, does the antifreeze only need to conform to the 325.6 specification, or is the actual MB product the only one that really fulfills this standard?

Merc has advised that I must completely drain and flush the existing blue fluid and replace it with the red fluid. I will now investigate the method to assure the complete evacuation of the blue fluid and see whether any seals need replacement, unless I can locate further blue fluid.

The advantage is that it will consistently get new oil.
Would a more viscous oil be beneficial at this time? I am now using 5w30 Mannol 7908; should I continue with this choice?

Is it accurate to assert that the R56 Minis use oil, with an expectation of around 1 litre every 1,000 miles?

Appreciation is extended. Last night, I was unable to get the code for the sensor located above the turbo. However, I will make an effort to obtain it today, as well as any other codes that may arise. One of the codes that appeared was 28CD00, indicating a missing code for the radiator shutters.
