Greetings, everyone. I have encountered an inexplicable problem that persists. Here are the actions I have taken:
The eGR valve was replaced.
Replaced the input manifold and thoroughly cleaned the silver pipe inside it (although I am uncertain of its name).
Removed the EGR cooler and seemed satisfactory.
Replaced the map sensor, also known as the turbo sensor. I will be receiving a new mass air flow sensor tomorrow. I have yet to verify the temperatures of the thermostat. Could someone assist me with this task or provide guidance in the appropriate direction?

Are adaptations reset after the modification of the EGR?
Has the breather pipe been inspected for any leaks, and have the post MAF intake pipe and boost hoses been inspected?
Have you conducted an inspection of the pre-turbine exhaust pressure sensor piping to ensure the absence of any obstructions?
What diagnostic equipment are you currently utilising?

I own the bimmerlink programme. However, I have not yet examined any pipes. I will address this matter at a later time. I am uncertain about the nature of the modifications or the process of resetting them. Could you possibly provide an explanation? I have not yet examined the pre-turbine exhaust pressure sensor. I will investigate its location.

The pre-turbine refers to a little silver sensor located inside a rubber pipe situated on the offside of the engine, superior to the exhaust manifold. It is worth noting that the steel feed pipe originating from the manifold is prone to carbon blockage.
It is uncertain if adaptations can be performed via bimmerlink, since I already use ISTA. However, if modifications are made to the air or fuel system, it is necessary to do so in order for DDE to reacquaint itself with the new components.

The N47 is equipped with a single thermostat and utilises real-time data to ensure that it achieves its maximum operational temperature. However, unlike the previous M47 models, the N47 is not known to have failures.

When I had the same problem I encountered an obstructed pressure pipe, but it did not cure my problem. It was determined that the blockage was caused by a combination of sooted EGR cooler and a blocked nozzle located at the end of the EGR insert pipe in the intake manifold.

The steel feed pipe was severely obstructed, which was quite surprising. I successfully cleared the obstruction before replacing the new manifold. I have yet to replace the EGR cooler, but I am considering doing so in the near future.

As long as the bypass flap remains unobstructed, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the cooler. I used a loctite degreaser and proceeded to rinse it with a hose until the water flowed clear.

If the bypass flap becomes obstructed, there will be no release of water. Is there an other method by which I may determine whether the bypass flap is seized?

The bypass guides the exhaust gas either past or over the cooling devices, depending on the temperature of the gas. Attempt to manually move the vac unit near the flexi to manifold and ensure that it returns to its original position.

Typically, incoherence or implausibility indicates that sensors and other components are functioning properly, but there is a problem somewhere.

It is a regular occurrence for a stretched belt chain to contact the cam and crank sensor.

Presumably, you are seeking a'mechanical' problem. Immobilised EGR, obstructed pipe, obstructed sensor, etc...

The EGR and all the sensors have been decoked. Tonight, I will proceed to replace the MAF sensor and inspect the pipes.
