I own a 2009 Audi R8 V8 with R-Tronic gearbox.

I have an inquiry that remains unresolved in the forum. Perhaps you can assist me. I am seeking to substitute the accumulator and hydraulic pump of my R-Tronic gearbox. I have discovered a substitute for an Audi R8 V10.

I have a question:

Does the R-tronic gearbox have the same specifications for both the V8 and the V10 models? Are the components interchangeable?

The gearbox remains unchanged, save for the absence of a clutch. The V10 was equipped with a more robust clutch to handle the increased power. However, it is possible to install the V10 clutch in the V8 R-Tronic.

The R-Tronic components remain same, however, there are variations in the gearing and clutch between the V8 and V10 models.

To ensure thoroughness... The 2013-2015 facelift V8 and V10 vehicles used the higher V10 gear ratios specifically designed for the Graziano manual gearbox. It is well known that the R-tronic version of the Graziano gearbox was replaced with the S-tronic.
