On a few occasions throughout the last three months, the following incidents have occurred with my one-year-old Niro 4...
Activate the car. The 'Safe driving' screen appears as usual, but remains on the display without disappearing. Clicking the 'confirm' button has no effect. The screen is not being cleared.
Deactivate the ignition and reactivate it once again. The screen is currently devoid of any visual content. All functions, such as the radio, heater, phone, etc., seem to be functioning well, but the display stays absolutely devoid of any information.
Thus far, once the automobile has been turned off for a duration beyond about 10 minutes, all systems have subsequently started in the usual manner.
Has anybody else seen this phenomenon?
Thank you.

Have you attempted to reset the infotainment system? There is a minute aperture where you may apply pressure to the reset button using a paperclip.
I agree with the viewpoint expressed by @jane_doe2023. First, attempt a reset. If that proves ineffective, take the vehicle to your authorised dealer for resolution. It is important to note that the guarantee on the navigation and audio system only extends for a duration of 3 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Thank you. I believe I have seen a small aperture located near the primary power switch and volume control. I will attempt it on the next time it fails.

There is no need to wait till the next occurrence of a mistake or failure.

Completed but does not resolve the issue. Indeed, activating the reset function often causes it to malfunction.
Proceeding to the garage next. (Assuming, naturally, that everything would function flawlessly...)

Indeed, the screen does go blank. Similar to a computer, it is resetting the system. It just takes a somewhat longer time to initiate.

However, it fails to initiate.
