The ABS and TC lights on my vehicle have been glowing for many months. While my brake system is functional, I would want to address any issues before my MOT at the end of the year.
Is it possible for the ABS sensor to be impaired? I attempted to clean it, but it had no effect. Therefore, it may be necessary to consider a replacement.
After reviewing earlier replies, several have suggested changing the fuse box as a potential solution. However, I have not detected any odour of burning.
Error code P1592
The issue is most likely due to an open circuit in the sensor, however it might also be caused by connection difficulties either at the sensor plug or at the ECU.
If there is a lack of consensus among all the sensors, then the road signal is deemed improbable.

You need a replacement for the front right sensor, without any complications. Nevertheless, the Nanocom is afflicted by a recognised malfunction wherein it displays an inaccurate sensor. Disconnect the front right component and if the measurement remains unchanged, it indicates it is the defective one. If it subsequently indicates that there are two faulty sensors, it means that it has misidentified the correct one.

I mistakenly sold my Nanocom device, thinking that I was really selling my automobile. I have completely reversed my opinion since I have developed a strong affection for the automobile. I will get a new sensor.

I believe you have completely reversed your opinion. If you had made a full rotation of 360 degrees, you would have arrived back at the same conclusion of selling the vehicle, which is a pretty typical response to having a P38. Personally, I have experienced significant mood swings as a result of owning a P38.

I have purchased a new sensor, but, I had difficulty in extracting the existing one. I successfully extracted the sensor from its cavity, but, due to my inability to remove the wheel arch liner, I lack visibility in detaching the cable from its point of entry into the engine bay.
What is the procedure for detaching the cable?

When using a Nanocom on a GEMS vehicle equipped with the Wabco C ABS system, it accurately identifies the malfunctioning sensors. However, the Nanocom becomes perplexed when used on a Thor vehicle with the Wabco D ABS system.
The information is presented in the following manner:
The proper translation for "Nano Front Right" is "Vehicle Front Right".
The position of the nano vehicle's front left side is equivalent to the position of the rear left side of the other vehicle.
The Nano Rear Right is equivalent to the Vehicle Front Left.
The Nano Rear Left is equivalent to the Vehicle Rear Right.

I acquired some for my own from a vendor on eBay. The ABS wheel speed sensor for the front of a Land Rover Range (1994-2002) is available on eBay. The performance of the products is satisfactory, with the exception of one unit that malfunctioned after 6-9 months. However, RTG provided a free replacement for the defective unit.
Thoroughly cleanse the aperture in the hub and ensure that the rubber cover is correctly placed over the ring on the hub. Aids in the prevention of water penetration and corrosion.
I also discovered that the two rubber sleeves for the clips need relocation. Apply a little amount of WD40 or a comparable lubricant to the cables to facilitate smoother movement.

There is no need to remove the liner. The cable ascends along the inside of the chassis rail towards the connection. The front left position is located either underneath or next to the air filter box. The front right position is located between the battery and the fusebox. Both are rather clumsy but may be achieved without eliminating anything.
