Greetings, all
Upon acquiring a 2014 V10 Spyder, I saw the presence of fold line markings on the top cloth. Most likely, the damage is a result of prolonged exposure to the elements when the vehicle was on display with the convertible top down.
I have attempted to cleanse it with a pH-neutral shampoo, a lint roller, and Aerospace 303 convertible roof cleaner. The roof is free of dirt or debris, nevertheless, the visible stains or blemishes remain there.
Due to my concerns about potentially causing the fabric to become fluffy, I have been reluctant to use a nylon brush. Instead, I opted for a mohair brush in conjunction with the 303 cleanser. However, this approach proved to be insufficient.
What do owners of Spyder vehicles use to remove or clear these marks?
Thank you!

Is the use of a nylon brush really detrimental?

I am currently without a resolution and have come to terms with the current state of affairs.

It is important to always keep the top of the cloth tight to prevent wrinkles.

Would a steam-based procedure effectively eliminate the creases?

Consider experimenting with a garment steamer, since I fail to see any significant differences except for a little longer duration.
