After thoroughly searching through all the discussions, I have attempted the following:

Revoked the settings for the low-cost tariff on my wall box.
Configure the vehicle to begin charging during the off-peak hours of 00:30-04:30, then activate pre-conditioning thereafter.

I connected the vehicle to the charger and it began charging promptly, in contrast to the YouTube video I seen when the 'green' car would instantaneously change to 'blue' and display the message "timed charge" instead of "charging". However, it is stated that this change would take effect during the next charging cycle. Therefore, I am curious to know whether this modification will be functional if I disconnect and reconnect the vehicle for charging.

Frankly, I do not often travel. Therefore, ad-hoc charging is the most suitable option for me. Ideally, I would the vehicle to be programmed to reach full charge every Saturday morning. Additionally, I would like it to be completely charged before any trips to the workplace, airport, or train station, if necessary.

As an addition to the above information, I had previously pulled the wire from the vehicle after it had attained a full charge of 100%. Upon entering the vehicle, a message appeared indicating that 'smart charging' was on and prompted me to connect the charging cable. I followed the instruction and the car instantly began charging again, although for a brief period of about 2 minutes since the battery was already close to full capacity. I had the expectation that when I connected it to a power source, it would illuminate a blue light instead of turning green and instantly resuming the charging process.
