Greetings.
Today, I installed a new crank pulley and replaced the belts due to the deterioration of the previous pulley.Upon startup, I am receiving both of these error codes and the fan is not functioning. When I reset the codes, they reappear immediately after I press the AC button.I have verified the connection of the socket that goes into the fan and confirmed that it is receiving a voltage of 12 volts.Examined the wiring to see if any obstructions were present, but found no issues.I am experiencing a problem and would appreciate any suggestions on potential issues other than the fan itself. The fan rotates effortlessly when turned manually.
The vehicle is displaying fault codes 41f1 and 4b22, and the auxiliary fan is not functioning.

There must be something that you have accomplished.
Upon closer examination, you will experience regret when you finally see it.

After doing many inspections, I have not been able to identify any apparent issues. However, I am concerned that the problem may be related to the fan.

By any chance, did you disconnect the fan?

Indeed, I had to disconnect the fan in order to remove it and have access to the crank pulley for replacement.

If there is a box on the fan cowl where the wire feeds into, it is likely to be non-functional.
Disconnecting the fan on the M5/6 often results in its failure.

There is no separate compartment for the auxiliary belt in BMW cars. Instead, it is connected directly to the female plug socket. This design choice by BMW means that if you wish to replace the worn aux belt, you will also need to replace the whole fan unit each time.

It is a frequent occurrence on the M5/6, and there is a significant amount of information about it in the American forum. Upon closer examination, it becomes evident that BMW uses an excessive number of diverse cooling fans.
