I have seen significant improvement in my life when it comes to problem-solving and obtaining components, especially from Osman (R8 Stuff). I would want to convey my appreciation for the extensive assistance provided by this community, which has been invaluable from the very beginning.

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Audi in the coastal region of Spain. My automobile has been undergoing repairs for a duration of three weeks, although the technicians have not yet been successful in identifying or replicating the auditory disturbance that I experience throughout each drive.

In order to simplify matters, I will provide a video recording of the sound. If there is anybody here who has mechanical skill, I would much appreciate your assistance. This issue has been a significant and persistent problem ever since I acquired the automobile, and I am optimistic that someone may provide a solution or at least some valuable information.

The sound is present at very low velocities while applying the brakes and twisting the steering wheel. The chief engineer at Audi has reassured me that the issue is within the expected range of performance and is only related to the braking system. Nevertheless, I am certain that it deviates from the usual and would really value the perspectives of others. Preferably, I would want to determine the problem, whether it is a seized calliper or another issue. Audi has notified me that warranty claims are applicable, except for cases involving the brakes or discs.

I neglected to clarify that the vehicle in question is a rear-wheel drive (RWD) model with a performance specification, specifically manufactured in the year 2022.

LOL! Seems amusing.

The issue is with the steering rack.

Are you certain, @allcarsnew007? If so, what may be the potential explanation for this issue? It seems unlikely that the steering rack could already be worn after just 5,000 km.

I am unaware of the identity of the current chief engineer at Audi, but, it is imperative that they be removed. The auditory stimulus is abnormal.

The first footage captures the automobile in a motionless state. It eliminates the role of the brakes. If I had to make a wager, I would confidently place my bet on the steering column.

Revision: Rectified phrasing.

Indeed, @AudiFan2021, living in this rather retrogressive paradise has its drawbacks. I plan to seek the assistance of another technician in order to diagnose the issue and, if it is determined to be a problem with the steering column, I will proceed to file a claim with Audi. I just need someone who have the ability to fix this matter.

My understanding in this area is limited, and my first instinct after seeing your videos aligns with the opinions expressed by the two individuals mentioned above. The issue is to the steering column, not the brakes.

They did not work on it since they needed to prioritise the Euro Championship. Given Spain's victory, they will need the next two years leading up to the world cup to commemorate. However, you may encounter the problem that their attention is directed on the World Cup.

In which region of Spain are you now located? During one summer, I resided in La Coruna. Although it is not my favourite region of Spain, I must acknowledge that it is an exceptional nation.

I agree with your assessment. Given the current circumstances, it is quite likely that it will take more than two years to settle this issue if we rely entirely on the mechanics involved.

Having lived in Marbella for more than 25 years, I have developed a strong preference for coastal areas and would find it difficult to live somewhere that lacks a coastline.

What is your perspective on the Huelva to Cadiz region? Although I have not personally seen that particular section of the coastline, a friend of mine who resides in Seville asserts that it is a location she favours above Marbella. I am unable to discern if she is speaking coherently or not, and I am eagerly want to explore that location. I am aware that Marbella is characterised by its luxurious and cosmopolitan atmosphere. However, I personally do not prioritise opulence and have no interest in being surrounded by affluent individuals. I believe there is a considerable likelihood that I will retire in the sunny country of Spain. The place has a enough number of regulations to ensure habitability, but has a sufficient level of relaxed atmosphere that manages to frustrate me just to the desired extent whenever I attempt to do anything.
