Good evening everyone, I have a little inquiry.
Is the exhaust system same on the saloon and coupe versions of the w204?
I am asking because I have come across an individual who is offering a customised AMG-style quad exhaust and bumper diffuser for £250. However, the parts are specifically designed for a W204 coupe, however my vehicle is a saloon.
I am interested in purchasing the item, but I am unwilling to pay £250 if it is not going to be the right size.
Regretfully, I apologise if this is misplaced inside the designated category.

If the exhaust is a genuine W204 C63 AMG model, the diameter of the pipe will be larger than that of 4-cylinder diesel vehicles. This makes it readily adjustable by a skilled exhaust fabricator.

If transitioning from a single to a quad, more bracketry will be necessary regardless. You may input C63 information into this tool to get exhaust component numbers. I would be astonished if the saloon pipe differs in any way from the coupe.

The stainless pipe is specifically designed for the c220 coupe, ensuring that the diameter and fitment are same. I am only interested in knowing if the length of the saloon exceeds that of the coupe.
I would be infuriated if I received it and saw that it was insufficient in length.

Any exhaust fabricator may easily resolve issues related to length that are either too short or too lengthy.

Beer cans and jubilee clips will resolve the issue.

Alright, OP, I will express the question that is on everyone's mind... why?

If you find yourself hesitating to spend £250 on a 'special AMG type' exhaust system, then you should consider more pragmatic alterations to the vehicle.

Wishing you the utmost success.

My exhaust system is now producing a rattling noise, indicating that it requires replacement in the near future. Since I am already considering replacing it, I may as well go for an upgraded version if it is available at a fair cost.
