The engine management light in my BMW 1 series 116D 2016 plate has illuminated due to two issues. Firstly, the air intake is registering a higher than normal level. Secondly, there is a problem with the sensor located above the turbo, but I am unclear of its exact nature or location. I have replaced the air MAF sensor and performed maintenance on the air filter and box for the air intake system. What further factors should I consider or actions should I take to categorise these? Appreciation is extended. Last night, I was unable to get the code for the sensor located above the turbo. However, I will make an effort to obtain it today, as well as any other codes that may arise. One of the codes that appeared was 28CD00, indicating a missing code for the radiator shutters.
