Greetings to everybody. I need counsel.
Should I purchase or refrain from acquiring a vehicle with this service history?
Oil and filter service overdue by 2000 miles
Three hundred days overdue for oil and spark plug maintenance.
Two years overdue for brake fluid maintenance.

The vehicle has 45,000 kilometres. Alternative services are punctual. The break-in service was punctual. What is the level of risk associated with purchasing a F83 in that manner? Will it pose an issue in the future?

Performance automobiles are often either well maintained and adored by their owners or subjected to neglect and inadequate servicing. I am aware of which item I would refrain from purchasing.

What is the recommended frequency of oil changes and the corresponding mileage?

1200 miles (punctually)
21,800 miles (about 2,000 miles late)
27,000 miles (although delayed by over a year)
32,000 miles (on schedule)

It depends on whether the issue is age or distance. If it pertains to mileage, it is unfavourable; however, if it concerns age, it is acceptable. Assuming oil changes are due at 18,000 miles, reaching 20,000 miles is not ideal. In the case of 2 years and 8,000 miles, even if somewhat overdue, it is not particularly concerning.I service my vehicle every 6,000 miles, or annually. However, I plan to service it next month, one month in advance, due to the warmer weather. The previous service was performed prematurely since it included a significant repair and a complimentary oil change, resulting in just 3,000 miles on that oil.

The mileage was delayed just once. Approximately 2000 miles. It was late once for almost a year but was driven barely 4,000 miles during that time.

Nearly one year overdue for oil and spark plugs, and two years overdue for brake fluid. I would like to stroll.

Affirmative. During that three-year period, the automobile was driven barely 5,000 kilometres.

The interval of 20,000 km between the break-in period and the first service is too prolonged, in my humble opinion. I believed the M3 and M4 were 10k, which is likewise very lengthy for me, but I cannot confirm this. My E90 320D receives an oil and filter change every 6,000 miles, and for a performance vehicle, I would likely consider more frequent intervals. There are several options available (724 on Autotrader now), indicating a substantial selection.

Your financial gain is paramount; but, I would not get satisfaction from that first service.

Indeed, it is 18,000 miles or two years, which is excessive. I do mine every 6,000 miles or annually, whichever comes first. I will be conducting one early this year, specifically 11 months since the previous service. It only costs me around £40 for an oil service when I do it myself.I have seen information indicating it is 20,000 miles.
From TIS (30,000 km equals 18,641 miles)

Perform engine oil change service about every 30,000 km or 24 months.

Modify intervals associated with the engine oil service:

Replace the microfilter with each engine oil change (about every 30,000 miles).
Replace the air filter every second engine oil change (about every 60,000 km).
Replace spark plugs every second engine oil change (about 60,000 km).
Replace rear differential oil every third engine oil change (about 90,000 miles).

Conduct vehicle inspection services about every 60,000 km or 48 months (subsequent to every second engine oil service).
