Is it true that MB has ceased production of the blue type coolant? Consequently, I must cleanse the OM642 engine system. I have attempted to locate the block drain plug on the engine but have been unable. Please provide guidance. Please provide guidance on the most effective approach to tackle this problem. Thank you.

I had pink, like red, in my automobile.
My vehicle is a GLE, purchased new in 2016, with the coolant never having been replaced and possessing 8 maintenance service stamps.

The blue-green coolant is MB 325.0. It is uncertain if MB has ceased production, although it remains readily accessible from several sources, including eBay.

I recommend monitoring this topic and replacing that coolant, my friend.

If your automobile is from 2010, a coolant replacement is not necessary until next year, unless it has accumulated 150,000 kilometres by this time.

In such case, I shall attempt to get the blue substance and adhere to it for as long as possible. From where are you procuring your coolant?

I undergo changes every two years, irrespective of circumstances.

Do you assess the efficacy of the coolant prior to replacement?
In my opinion, MB workshops would like to replace everyone's coolant every two years to maximise profits; yet, they refrain from doing so, indicating a valid rationale for their decision.
