I possess a 2009 Vito 115 with 325,000 kilometres on it.
I was driving when I suspected the exhaust manifold had failed.
Upon returning home, I examined the turbo body and found that all five washers and bolts on the exhaust side were missing.
The van was functioning properly prior to this issue. My inquiry is whether others have encountered a similar situation, and more importantly, what the cause may be.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The turbo body bolts have fractured.

No, nor have I, but I have not encountered many Mercedes with 325,000 miles either.

My W124 300TE-24 had 470,000 kilometres when it was struck by an uninsured motorist.

At 325,000 miles, the turbo may not be original; however, the original bolts were reused and inadequately torqued. Is there a method to ascertain whether they all departed simultaneously? or individually.

It remains on the original turbo. I have possessed it since its acquisition. The turbo cartridge has excellent stability, with no discernible movement in the bearings.
Ordered the five missing nuts and washers and reassembled it.
I would consider acquiring another turbo, but I cannot identify any issues with the current one.
What is your opinion? Beneficial or detrimental decision.

If this is the sole defect, continue operating it until it malfunctions.
