Considering Pencarreg Logistics for a repo car purchase any red flags I should know about?

I went the visit route, ended up buying a 2021 CX-30 on the spot. The team there were decent, no pushy sales nonsense, just showed me the car and let me test drive it.
Only thing is, you don’t get the 10-day money-back if you collect it yourself. I was a bit gutted about that, but they gave me a 3-month mechanical warranty on the engine and gearbox, so it worked out in the end.

Fair enough the 10 days trial only applies to deliveries. But to be honest, I think that’s fair. If you’ve already driven it away, it’s yours, still, that 3 months warranty they gave you isn’t bad at all!
Good to hear these stories. I nearly bought a BMW 1 Series from Pencarreg Logistics but didn’t go through with it because I couldn’t get time off to visit the them in Belfast ( long journey ). They were actually very open about encouraging me to come and view which I see as a good sign.

UPDATE: the car arrived last night and looks brilliant. My wife’s absolutely over the moon with it. We’ll get it looked over properly this weekend but so far, everything seems spot on.
Thanks again to everyone who replied and really appreciate the honest feedback, made the whole thing feel a lot less scary.
