Possess a 2012 Mini Countryman R60. The warning indicators for the passenger seatbelt and restraint system have activated. I acquired the seat occupancy mat emulator bypass module from eBay in an attempt to resolve the problem; nevertheless, the warning lights persist upon installation and code clearance.
The restraint system light remains intermittent after installation. The seatbelt indicator is illuminated continuously.
The 93C3 code cannot be erased for some reason using my diagnostic tool. There are five switches inside the emulator, and I think I have tried all the suggested combinations.
A somewhat vexing issue. Do you have any suggestions for my future endeavour?

However, it functioned well from the first.
I recommend verifying that the wiring is accurate and that the dip switches are configured for North America.
If that fails, begin inspecting the wiring and consider the possibility of the module being defective, particularly if it was not purchased from a trustworthy supplier.
The "good" module ought to have included a secondary, smaller module to deactivate the seat belt indicator that activates with the installation of the bypass module.
Alternatively, you may secure the seat belt into the latch, which should extinguish the light. If it does not, you have more significant issues elsewhere.

Thank you for your response.
Regrettably, I may need to pursue an other module. Although the merchant had good evaluations. Did you need to erase the codes on your 2009 model?

Affirmative. SRS codes are enduring, requiring manual clearance.
I imported mine from the UK from a merchant called SRSDrive.

The cost is around $100 delivered.
No children weighing less than 60 pounds are permitted in the front seat following installation. The airbag remains on continuously due to the bypassing of the weight sensor circuit.

Indeed. I am unable to delete the 93C3 code for some reason.

My emulator seems rather different since I own a 2012 model. Currently collaborating with an eBay seller, hoping for a favourable outcome.
