Four-wheel alignment
I am confident that someone here has undergone a four-wheel alignment. My task requires completion, although I am unable to obtain a definitive response from anyone. Is recalibration of the radar necessary at completion? Consulted with Toyota service, and they expressed uncertainty. Could someone kindly inform me? Thank you

I had my alignment performed at String Theory and need no recalibration thereafter.

I was informed that radar calibration is necessary only when the front bumper or the radar unit is removed, as this may result in a tiny positional shift. However, I find it difficult to believe that such a shift could occur, and since wheel alignment does not affect the radar's location, I would assume calibration is unnecessary.
I scheduled the car for service and had the front wheels aligned using a Hunter machine. The garage informed me that they are acquiring equipment to recalibrate the car for the alignment of all four wheels. The rear wheels were inspected and found to be satisfactory. If you have a four-wheel alignment performed, it is necessary to recalibrate the vehicle due to features such as lane assist. Thank you once more to all individuals involved.
