2015 Tesla Model S
Greetings everyone, I am considering a 2015 model S with two-wheel drive priced at 135,000. It has limitless charging capabilities. Is it transferable? I contacted the dealership this afternoon, and they declined my request. Any feedback would be valued. I could utilise it as a negotiation tool. The vehicle features a new engine and has been meticulously serviced at a garage. Thank you.

Supercharging on a 2015 model would typically remain with the vehicle and be transferable to the subsequent owner. Tesla provides complimentary supercharging codes designated as SC01 or SC05. SC01 is transferable; SC05 is non-transferable. A standard classification indicates that items sold prior to February 2017 are designated as SC01, while those sold thereafter are classified as SC05. However, if Tesla possessed the vehicle at any point subsequent to its first sale, they may have modified it to SC05.
Is this a car dealership that does not sell Tesla vehicles?

Indeed, it is advantageous for it to be a private gathering, as accessing the code necessitates logging into the Tesla account associated with the vehicle.
I will update this shortly with either a link detailing the procedure or the instructions themselves.

I have consistently regarded it as one of the most aesthetically pleasing automobiles. My brother purchased one in 2013, which my son now possesses. I possess a 2023 model.
I was unable to promptly locate a succinct website or movie elucidating the process of obtaining the code. Here is my clarification.
Access the Tesla account using a computer. Not the application.

Upon ownership, when I arrive at the supercharger, the vehicle will autonomously determine if the service is complimentary or necessitates a fee, requiring no action on my part. However, I can receive prior notification before making a purchase.

Affirmative. It may be necessary to input a payment card via the Tesla app to account for possible congestion and idle penalties. However, if it is equipped with SC01 supercharging, you will not incur charges per kWh at Tesla-owned superchargers.
Be aware that the charging speed of older vehicles equipped with SC01 may be suboptimal. I am uncertain about the specific placement of the 2015 Model S; nonetheless, I will share my personal experiences with the 2013 Model S, 2017 Model X, 2018 Model 3, and 2023 Model S.
