The main one will probably be between the body and the engine mount plate. The coils are usually also connected to the rocker cover.

You could try connecting a jumper wire from the body to the engine as an earth to rule out that possibility or??

Thank you for the information, and I'm sorry I didn't answer sooner. I just got back home, and now I'm trying to find the Earth strap. Having trouble finding. Would that be easier to find from the top of the engine or under the passenger side?

Certainly. Despite locating and inspecting the earth strap, I was unable to successfully start the car's engine. I recollected that one of the codes pertained to the throttle valve sensor, prompting me to extract the sensor for the purpose of conducting an inspection. The object was covered with oil. However, it is my contention that this issue is unrelated to the act of cranking the engine and the subsequent failure to start.
