My hybrid vehicle has accumulated 144,000 miles, and the hybrid warning indicator is blinking. I have conducted repairs. My illumination continues to flicker. What actions should I take? I request assistance.

You must complete the repairs that effectively resolve the problem. What errors were indicated by the diagnostic OBD2 scans? What did you "fix" that failed to resolve the problem and for what reason?

Auto Zone and O'Reilly provided me with a P1a77 code, signifying issues with belt tensioners and belts. I have replaced both belts and both tensioners, but the warning light continues to illuminate.

You executed the substitutions effectively. Did you subsequently reset the code using the code reader?
If you are not, you are examining the previous rationale for the code's emergence.
I believe.

Have we conducted a scan to identify the current codes?
It appears that your prior DTC resulted in a damaged or discarded belt, and possibly a misaligned tensioner that permitted the belt to disengage.
It is hoped that you have substituted the HSG and water pump belts as specified, along with new tensioners.

By the way, I am simply inquisitive.
Do contemporary engine control units incorporate a microphone within the engine compartment to detect belt squealing and tensioner noise?
What is being offered for sale regarding the belt?
Could it be the inadequately functioning alternator under substantial loads?

The engine does not initiate through the HSG, nor does the HEV battery receive a charge (voltage / HSG rpm) when a command to start the engine is issued.
