I own two cords for my 2020 PHEV. Can I use the other cable designed for a wall outlet to expand the length of the granny charger?
It will fit adequately.

The extension cable must possess an appropriate rating and be uncoiled.
Avoid using an inexpensive domestic variant. They are insufficiently rated for the demands of prolonged load charging.

An extended cable will exhibit increased resistance, resulting in less current and thus reduced charge. I would refrain from doing such an action; but, it is only my own perspective.

I have often contemplated this matter, although I have not taken the initiative to explore it. Kindly inform us!

Utilising an extension lead on the 13A plug side is preferable, since it lacks overheating mitigation for the plug, possibly leading to a severe event.

I am referring about use the included wall box cable to expand the output of the granny charger, not a home 13 A extension.

Indeed. Utilising wall boxes is unequivocally inadvisable. The male and female ends are incompatible for mating.

I am curious in the contents of the owner's manual about this matter. I am certain it will be referenced.
Our Car Club's Zoe explicitly states to NEVER use any extension wires.

The provided cable has a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other, fitting seamlessly into the granny charger output cable on one side and the automobile on the other side.

Have you consulted the Handbook on this issue? The instructions for the Zoe explicitly prohibit the use of any extension lead.
Upon reviewing the specifications for all leads, a junction as you propose would lack waterproofing and security, hence presenting a significant danger of electric shock.

In my opinion, I believe there is no mechanism to prevent it from separating.
