Does anybody know how to reach the battery connections on a BMW F40, 118i M Sport?

Thank you very much

There will be components located under the hood or in the boot, namely in the rear wheel arch on the driver's side. Inside the boot, there is a panel that may be removed to access it. Have you ever used Google? This causes me to conclude that I have just spewed nonsense

It seems to be concealed inside the engine compartment, ha ha.

Thank you; I appreciate that. I will attempt to reach the engine compartment, however it is not visible upon opening the hood. that seems I need to elevate the plastic covering near the wipers. Thank you very much

Unusual for a BMW, however circumstances are evolving.

It is only another method to get you into their workshop. If it is really concealed inside the engine compartment, it poses a significant risk. Something seems off; I cannot shake the suspicion that it is located at the back, maybe indicating a second battery for a mild hybrid system.
