Electrical power problem

I possess a 2016 BMW 116d F20 with a B37 engine. There is no ignition or dashboard illumination. An AA technician inspected the battery and confirmed it is functioning properly, and the fuses in the engine bay are intact. However, there is no electrical power to the vehicle. Previously, I was informed that the clutch pulley on the alternator was failing. Could this be a potential cause of my current issue? Thank you.

The clutch pulley is only significant while the engine is operational.
If the vehicle lacks electricity and the battery is functional, you should begin troubleshooting from the battery and go on. Primary earth condition, power conduits, and any fuses on the distribution board, etc.

Thank you for your response. A guy inspected the vehicle thoroughly and found no issues. He contacted BMW professionals who suggested that the FEM module may be a potential reason. Any insights? Thank you.

The FEM may be malfunctioning; however, you indicate that there is no electrical power to the vehicle, leading me to conclude that this is indicative of a disconnected battery.

Was there 12V present at any of the fuses and jump points? Does any electrical component function?

I believe there was a similar post last week.
The issue was a poor connection on the battery, despite the voltage being 12V.
Verify that the terminals are clean and securely fastened.

Have you attempted to connect power to the jump point under the hood to ascertain whether it yields any difference?
