Re: Alert indicators when towing
I wonder if the Forward Collision Warning and Lane Follow Assist systems are disabled when a caravan is mounted for safety when towing. Based on my experience, Lane Follow Assist is undesirable when towing, as it continuously makes micro-adjustments that the caravan takes milliseconds to respond to,...

Re: Alert indicators when towing
The tow bar on our Sportage was installed by Kia, and I am not receiving any warning signals. It is unfortunate that no one else has replied; I believe a follow-up with the dealer is necessary.

Re: Could you assist me in identifying this sound - brief video
It appears to be brake noise; even while not engaging the brake, the pads may still maintain slight contact with the discs. The same applies to handbrake shoes.
When noise occurs, gently apply the brake to determine if the noise diminishes or alters; similarly, slightly engage the handbrake.

Could somebody provide guidance, please? I recently serviced my wife's 2 Series and replaced the metal inline fuel filter located on the underside of the vehicle. The task was straightforward; nevertheless, I was apprehensive about detaching the green and red fuel connector clamps, as they appeared ...

Re: The battery is at 2.26 volts.
Have you assessed the voltage at the battery terminals to eliminate the possibility of a faulty connection? To the best of my recollection, E6x models previously experienced corrosion at the transfer places where the positive cable penetrated the boot floor. A recall was issued for it in the past. P...

Re: wheel immobilisation and vibration
You have had the automobile for an extended duration.
I am contemplating the previous owner and the tires, since the noise resembles that of the differential.
I may be incorrect, therefore I shall monitor the results.

Re: wheel immobilisation and vibration
Differential windup caused by an individual installing a new tyre on one axle.
If the tires exhibit a tread depth disparity over 2mm, this will occur, and the duration of the tire mixture may result in irreversible damage.
