Can someone explain the reason behind my inability to use Kia Connect in France?
I have not had any problems in the UK so far. However, I just realised that the application has been locked out since our arrival here. Whenever I attempt to log in, it consistently redirects me back to the log-in page.
Postscript: I recently used the Electroverse card in conjunction with an Allegro charger, and I am pleased to report that it operated impeccably at a rate of 150 kilowatt-hours. Furthermore, this option proved to be far more cost-effective than the same service available in the United Kingdom. Highly impressed.
Kia Connect is not functional in France.

Do you have the ability to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN)? If you possess the capability, you may attempt configuring it for a server located in the United Kingdom. This suggestion is only speculative, but it might potentially provide positive results.

Indeed, I attempted to use NordVPN on a server located in the United Kingdom, both on a 5G network and WiFi connection, although regrettably, it did not provide any assistance. This outcome is rather perplexing.
It should be noted that I had a similar issue with my EV6 last year in France. However, because I was on a two-day vacation at the time, it didn't concern me as much. Upon my return to the United Kingdom, everything functioned well once again.

Have you attempted to use the reset button?
I have not encountered any discussions on this while travelling in Europe.

Are you referring about resetting it in the car's head unit? I would like not to, since there is a possibility of losing my current settings.

The reset button, located next to the volume knob, does not result in the loss of any settings. What it does is revive the sim card.
Using a VPN will not have any impact on the car's SIM card.
Merely a notion. You have consented to the just appeared terms and conditions. Until you do. The connection is not functioning.

I had to reset my device since the terms and conditions caused a disconnection and my device lost track of time.
The car appeared once, whereas the connection occurred at a separate instance. Perform a head reset to resolve the issue.

Your settings are not lost. It is akin to the control alt delete function on a personal computer.

It can be more accurately described as a 'reboot' rather than a simple 'reset'. Similar to the conventional guidance provided by software support teams: "power off the device, then power it back on."
